At CYDSA, the well-being of our employees, their families, and everything surrounding them is crucial for our Vision fulfillment. That is why community outreach and development efforts are made to improve their quality of life, establish good relationships with residents, and coordinate joint projects aimed at comprehensive well-being and mutual benefit.

At CYDSA’s Community Care Center (CAC), we carry out initiatives in favor of residents and nearby schools taking advantage of their classrooms. Multipurpose, in the CAC:

We created the Community Attention Management to design and implement a Social Support Plan to benefit the communities surrounding the CYDSA facilities in the region.
Every year CYDSA holds family integration and recreation events to promote healthy recreation and create spaces for dialogue with the communities.

Thanks to Appropriate Risk Management and a strict Industrial Safety and Accident Prevention Policy, CYDSA has forged trustworthy relationships with the communities where it operates and its employees.
Following its Community Interaction Strategy, CYDSA opened its doors to share knowledge and technology with young high school and professional students through the Industrial Visits to Students and Industry-School Linkage programs.

priority issue.
Different Health and Safety Care Measures and Programs are applied so that employees perform their duties in adequate working conditions. The Medical Services Department offers quality care to employees and carries out preventive actions such as:
Clinical examinations
Specialized consultations
Acquisition of medicines
Vaccination campaigns
Thanks to these and other efforts, various diseases have been reduced, resulting in a positive impact on absenteeism and staff turnover indicators.
Industrial Security
Regarding industrial safety, in the different organizational units, preventive Safety Plans have been designed with the nearby neighbor communities and implemented Risk Detection Training and Drills.
Carry out audits in each workplace to comply with International Protocols to Identify Risks and Prevent Accidents. With these measures, the incidence of accidents in CYDSA units is below the industry average.
As example of this, the Chlorine Institute has awarded us recognition for Excellence in safety for:
Twelve years of disabling accidents
Zero minor accidents and no occupational illnesses at the IQUISA Santa Clara plant, as well as ten years with the same record at IQUISA Tlaxcala
Five years without accidents in practically all IQUISA plants
Thanks to these and other efforts, various diseases have been reduced, resulting in a positive impact on absenteeism and staff turnover indicators.
